How do you read energies from orchids or nature?

I use essences from nature and orchids (I explain further below). Nature essences are often my preferred way to read energy and to understand the issue at hand, and what energetically needs to be shifted in order to raise into the next frequency level.

What are nature essences?​

Nature essences are a type of energetic medicine derived from plants or channeled from aspects of nature - such as sacred sites, stones, and animals. Orchids essences are mostly used as they are some of the highest vibrational beings in the plant world.  

​

Each orchid essence and nature essence bring unique gifts to the human psyche. They have the ability to promote internal peace, self worth, and energetic strength to clear and or process and be present with heavy emotions such as grief, sadness, anger, anxiety and other emotions of turmoil. ​

What can they do for me? 

Essences can help bring balance to emotional states. They help us reclaim our power as a soul, to remember our original nature, what we came to Earth to do. They help us remember our self worth, strengthen our capacity to deal with heavy emotions and guide us into higher vibration frequencies in alignment with our original nature. They invite us into a space of transformation, bringing us new perspectives, increasing our ability to be in presence, and release unhealthy relationships if needed and promote synchronicities that lead us home to our true soul calling and soul group.

What is a Nature Attunement session and what does it entail? 

It's a living meditation, where certain orchid and nature essences will come forward to work with you in each session, and they ultimately guide the process which entails energy work, soul reading and guided practices to help give the next steps on your energetic journey in fully claiming and strengthening your essence and unique vibrancy to the fullest of its manifestation.

A session can lasts roughly an hour depending on the guidance of the nature essences - largely consisting of orchid essences. The sessions are done over the phone. If our time zones don't match up for a session, they can also be done energetically, and a recording and or a writeup can be made with what came through and all of the energetic clearing/integration work on your end will be just as effective. 

 

An intention is suggested for each session, in order to guide the process and work with the specific issue you have. In the session we will clear energies that are limiting the intention, and also amplify energies which will help you move forward with your intention.

Several cards and or orchids will be drawn, and one by one we will address each energy coming forward and do the necessary clearings/amplifications that spirit is guiding. 

 

You can expect to feel a difference immediately with sessions, some deeper issues may require more sessions, which is why I also have packages available. Which each session, the deeper we can go and the more we can energetically rewire in order to activate your highest intentions. Just as regularly seeing a therapist can be helpful for the mind, regularly working with energy can have a dramatic effect on all aspects of your life.

Should I bring anything for my session?

Please be prepared with a notepad and a pencil or pen, so that if you start to receive messages or insights that you can take notes. You can bring sacred items such as crystals or stones if you feel called to have them in the space with us. If your session is over the phone, keep these items handy. Wear clothes that you are comfortable to meditate in.
