Nature Attunement Farms
At Nature Attunement Farms we value sustainable agriculture and sustainable practices.

-
RPET plastic for housing our products in grocery stores. RPET is plastic that has been recycled into a new product.
-
We use reusable containers as far as possible for our deliveries to restaurants (like the old fashioned milk man- collecting old containers to wash and reuse for the next delivery). We value reducing waste!
-
We value soil health! At Nature Attunement Farms we have started doing vermicomposting to recycle all of our soil and cut greens.
-
Our products are never sprayed with pesticides or herbicides and never any application of synthetic fertilizers.
-
We use EM - effective microrganisms, a pro-biotic for the soil. We also use an extremely diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide and a vinegar mix to limit mold during seed incubation.
-
Organic seed is bought when possible. And if not possible, seeds are always non-GMO and heirloom varieties.
-
We grow year-round in a commercial building, this limits our requirement for any kind of pest control since it's in a contained environment and we obtain fresh soil every 10 days. Pests usually develop in soil after it's been used a few months.
-
Our electrical needs come from solar power.
-
We are a small business! Currently servicing 26 local restaurants and grocery stores in St. George, La Verkin, Hurricane, Springdale, Virgin, Colorado City, Kanab and Mt. Carmel.
-
We have slowly started doing some mushrooms, but we have yet to streamline the process to make them regularly available for our customers. Thanks for your patience! After mushrooms we will also start working on edible flowers and herbs and a few items that can be grown in hoop houses, stay tuned!
