Sessions vary between 2-3 hours depending on the guidance of the nature essences - largely consisting of orchid essences. The sessions can be done in person, over the phone or while you are doing something else. A write up and or recording will be made for you regarding the sacred insights and messages for you from the orchids- which may include affirmations, prayers, visions, practices, energy clearing practices and or meditations. 
 
You will need to make an intention for the session, which is what you would like to recieve out of the session. It can be particularly helpful to focus on the energies you would like to clear from the body and energies you would like to recieve in the body. Based on this intention several orchid essences will be chosen to address these intentions. 
 
A guided meditation will connect you to your higher self and the energetic field of the orchids, and one by one the orchids will be taken inside of the meditation where the secret gifts from each is unlocked and allowed to enter your auric and heart center. 
 
You can expect to feel the accumulated result of these sessions to last up to days and weeks. The more sessions that can be done on a regular basis the faster the energetic results will begin to unfold in your life.
