Connect inwards with the voice of your body. The throat chakra fully open is actually the final chakra that can open, as the rest of the chakras are aligned and open, the throat chakra becomes pure truth. This essence helps to connect inside with the truth of the different chakras. This essence is best taken before meditation and not near going to sleep, as for some it's caused them to not sleep because the body has so much to say!
