Empty Mind

A gentle orchid, allowing space within the mind from stress and over-accumulation of thoughts. This is a good essence to do before doing deeper work, and a good precursor for some of the heart clearing orchids. This orchid also provides the initial energetic alignment of moving energy fixed inside the mind to creating a channel of energy down to the heart. It helps begin this process. And or strengthen it, on days where an overabundance of external stimuli has put to much energy in the mind.
