An orchid essence will be selected based on the energy patterns you are currently immersed in. The orchid will be selected based on your intention and what new energetic patterns you would like to embrace within yourself. Meditating with an orchid for this amount of time will cultivate your energies to be in a space of receptivity for the wisdom and gifts of the orchid essence. 
 
A sacred space for you to deeply connect with the energy medicine will be created.  And after the meditation we will have a sharing of what was seen and felt during the meditation. We will share our insights, intepretations and perspectives. As the facilitator, I will ensure that whatever energy was opened during the meditation, will be allowed to release in a safe space, and that any uprising sticky emotions will have an avenue for release during our 30 minutes of decompression time after the meditation. We will use any and all energetic tools that can assist in this process such as tapping or EFT, affirmations, thought questioning, and or visioning practices to make sure the thought processes are flowing and not stagnant as we come out of meditation and as the orchid medicine continues to work on the energetic body. 
 
Energetic medicines can continue to unravel in the energy system for up to 24 hours after taking them. So don't be surprised if you notice old stuff coming up in the hours to come after the session. As we heal the energetic body, resurfacing of old stuff can be part of the process, and the best practice can often be in being present with it. 
 
This is different from an essence attunement session because, this is opening up a space to deeply go inside of the wisdom of one essence and unravel the learnings. An orchid attunement session is an active unraveling meditative session that involves several orchids, and the experience being guided completely by what is coming through from each orchid and ultimately has no time restrictions. The orchid meditation is limited to 1 hour with up to 30 min of discussion and does not include energy work although does use energy tools to assist in reformatting the way the brain directs energy through the body.
