A strong essence, releasing hidden and or pronounced shadows in the body of fear and guilt. This essence is best taken after working on strengthening several of the chakra centers first, in particular, the root, solar plexus and heart. It can be a difficult essence, but it is a powerful way of releasing shadow. It works through the dream realm, so it is best to take this essence at night before sleeping. If you would like to remember your dreams with this orchid, you may choose to go the day without salt, and refined foods and oils, to further amplify the effect of this orchid.

3000 years ago, in what is now known as Deschutes National Park, a volcanic eruption left volcanic flows that killed all life and devastated the land of this area.
