am not here to heal you or help you. I am here to share with you the things that I have learned that have helped me. I am here to share with you the common and unfortunate mistakes that many people have made along their plant based journeys. I am here as a friend.

 

Someone who will hold you accountable for the action steps that you set for yourself.  I can also share with you common cleansing strategies, and guidelines others within this plant based world have done for particular symptoms. I am not here to heal you, I am not here to help you, I cannot offer you professional medical advice or service. I am here as a friend who will help you achieve your own plant based goals, and providing my own insight about what can make your plant based journey a successful one. 

I believe everyone deserves access to quality information regardless of income. Everyone should have access to opportunities and information that can benefit them.
