Coming into this world we have energetic ties to our past, which sometimes serves as blockages to our true nature, to living as free individuals, and allowing for our journey and spiritual mission. The healing work at this retreat are comprised of powerful energy releasing practices, that can liberate you from ties allowing for the fullness of your heart to shine as it was meant to on this planet.

The medicine wheel embraces healing from the four elements, four directions and gifts from the four groups of people. We will embrace the medicine of the earth through healing plants, calming and connecting teas and herbal baths. We will embrace medicine of the air, spirit, through energetic practices including yoga, fitness activities and meditations. We will embrace medicine of the water through family constellation work allowing for emotional release within community and being held in sacred spaces to dissolve ancestral karma. We will embrace fire medicine, establishing our ability to create, activate our will centers and form healthy boundaries with others.

Outside of the deep inner transformative work, we will be visiting beautiful local sites. Rich nature, and waterfalls. We will even get our hands dirty at a local farm, and rediscovering some of our heritage seeds, and the cultural importance of non-GMO seeds.
