Founded by Esther Shanti (MS Soil Science), Nature Attunement  grew out of a dream to reconnect people with nutrient-dense foods and the incredible diversity of plants nature offers.

What we grow: 

We grow a wide range of vibrant microgreens selected for flavor, color, and nutrition. Our production is flexible — we grow what chefs need. If you’re looking for a specific variety, we may already have it growing or can plant it for you.

Most varieties are ready within 10 days to 4 weeks.

Chef Favorites:

Our chefs typically buy our products by our 4L reusable containers which fit about 20oz of greens. We make over 12 different microgreen mixes, and are happy to make custom blends.
