Founded by Esther Shanti (MS Soil Science), Nature Attunement  grew out of a dream to reconnect people with nutrient-dense foods and the incredible diversity of plants nature offers.

What we grow: 

We grow a wide range of vibrant microgreens selected for flavor, color, and nutrition. Our production is flexible — we grow what chefs need. If you’re looking for a specific variety, we may already have it growing or can plant it for you.

Most varieties are ready within 10 days to 4 weeks.

Chef Favorites:

Our chefs typically buy our products by 4L containers which fit about 20oz of greens. We make over 12 different microgreen mixes, and are happy to make custom blends.
